Solo DJs and speakers fit 8×8 or 12×8 risers. Four-piece bands and small ensembles typically need 12×16 to 16×20 ft decks with monitors downstage. Corporate panels and award shows may prefer carpeted low risers with clean skirts — IntelliStage bundles cover most indoor flat floors.
