Pixel pitch and viewing distance

2.9mm pitch suits corporate and wedding audiences viewing from 8–25 ft. 4.8mm works for larger rooms and budget-conscious installs. 1.9mm ultra-fine pitch supports camera-heavy broadcasts and close guest seating. Use the LED configurator for modular width and height pricing.

Processors and content

Every wall ships with Novastar or equivalent processing, playback laptop, and trained operator for live events. Send logos, videos, and aspect ratios ahead of time for testing. Frameless options deliver seamless branding backdrops for luxury galas.

Delivery-install only

LED walls require professional load-in, rigging, and calibration — pickup is not offered. Quote includes delivery, install, show operation, and strike. Multi-day festivals receive rental discounts when booked through the Event Builder.

2.9 mm is ideal for typical event viewing distances. 1.9 mm suits close corporate and trade-show audiences. Larger pitches work for oversized outdoor concerts.

Indoor vs outdoor LED walls?

We stock outdoor-rated bundles on truss and frameless rear-mount options for clean corporate looks. We'll confirm weather plans before install.

How do I send content to the wall?

After install we provide HDMI from your laptop, switcher, or media server. NovaStar processors are available for advanced routing.

Is pickup available for LED walls?

Full LED wall bundles require professional delivery and install. Individual modules and processors may be pickup-eligible.

What sizes are available?

Pre-built bundles from ~10×6.5 ft to large format 21×11 ft+. Custom dimensions available — use the video wall configurator.

Do you include a technician?

Install and strike are standard. Show operation or playback support can be added for corporate and broadcast-style events.

After-hours install surcharge?

Loads between 8 PM and 8 AM may incur a surcharge — shown in your quote before you confirm.
